Joe and Mary have been married for about two years now. They have one child, one-year old, Jomari. Before they got married, the couple made it clear to each other that they would stick together no matter what. Because Mary did not grow up under normal family conditions, she wanted to make everything right for her child. Mary is adopted and she never had the chance of meeting her biological parents. She was told though that they were killed in a tragic accident so many years back. She lived with some relatives but no matter how long she stayed with them, she always felt like an outsider. Because of that, Mary swore to herself that should she have children, she will do everything she can to keep them close to her. But as Jomari is growing up, they discovered that they were not earning enough. Mary's teaching profession does not pay much nor does Joe's steel cladding job. Eventually, Joe decided to work abroad. Mary did not like the idea at first, but Joe assured her that even while they're apart, they will still be a family and so Mary agreed. |

Steel on its natural state does not look promising at all especially if it comes to the part of it being able to be a roofing component. One of the most interesting houses I have ever come across was this one house one that I saw everyday on my way to school. It was just a tall, modern looking townhouse. At first, it was in the usual white-black-brown color scheme. It did a pretty good job of blending in with the other houses on the street, really.
But after one summer, I came across the house again and to my surprise, it was painted in bright shades of cream, baby blue and light yellow! It looked like a piece of the sunny sky and the house really stood out among its neighboring houses! To this day, I have yet to see another house painted in such a bold color combination.
So if you’re thinking about painting the outside of your house, let me tell you this: don’t be afraid of color! Don’t be afraid to experiment with different color combinations or schemes. When it comes to thinking of your exterior painting ideas, the sky’s the limit! |

A small house can be remodeled in such a way that it looks large and spacious. All of us want our house to be beautiful and want to keep our house updated with the latest gadgets. But sometimes though we want to do some work in the interiors we are not able to do due to budget constraint. Extension works in the house require a lot of money.
In fact, I know some people who forgo extensions like conservatories and instead erect temporary shelter like pop up marquees to save money. Such temporary shelter is great for one-off occasions like parties.
If we are going to commit to an extention, first of all we have to keep the budget ready and then start doing the work. I have also planned to do woodwork in the house including furniture and cupboards in all the rooms. I have taken an estimate from the carpenter and have also decided the designs of the laminations to be done. The entire work will take around one month. I will start the work after my son’s exams so that he is not disturbed . After the woodwork the look of the house will totally change. |

I was escorting my boss as he monitored his workers one Saturday afternoon at the site. He wanted to make sure that work was being carried out as smoothly as possible. The last thing he wants is a delay in the completion of the project. He has already promised the client that the building will be ready in a couple of days. He has been informed just a few minutes ago, that the workers were already able to finish slating and tiling. The entire project is a multi-million deal and so we don't want to give our client any reason to be upset with our work. This is one of our biggest projects ever and if we get this right, we can look forward for more tie-ups and more projects to come. For a business like ours to survive, there is no room for being complacent. We have to be constantly on our toes, so that we will only strive to get better every time. This is the only way to ensure the success of business. |

I could not believe my eyes when I finally came home from Germany and saw how beautiful our house has become. It has changed a lot, no doubt about it. My cousin, Jester, did a great job in designing the once old and very traditional house. Now, it looks really classic and expensive, too. Just by looking at the Heritage roofing, one could easily conclude that the owners of the house really spent quite a lot. But dad says, it did not cost them that much, although it does look expensive. The design actually did the trick. Well, that doesn't matter now. What matters is, it turned out really good. I've been away from home for almost four years. In that span of time, a day never passed without me wishing to be home soon. Now that I am finally here, it might take a lot more to convince me to leave again. How can I leave such a beautiful home? I'm sure mom would be happiest to know that I am staying for good. |

The title of this article is a quotation from George Farquhar. And I would like to re-echo this line in the content: Crimes, like virtues, are their own rewards. I would like to paraphrase this statement into: Sin is its own punishments. Can you get the substance of that line or even the title? People would do something crazy or evil and they would say that I can get out of this without being punished. Boy, sin is its own punishment. Everytime you sin, you are being punished. Like, everytime you are doing right you are rewarded. When you sin, you are punish from within and the cctv camera package will be installed to punish you again without. You will have double punishment for doing crimes. And you will have double rewards for doing right. Doing right will help you get establish in righteous living and people will respect you people will honor you and people will do something right towards you just because you are doing right. Doing right will incur you not only double rewards but triple and more. |

THIS is it, the day of the move has dawned.
● The removal company will give you a specific time or approximate time for their arrival, which is usually between 8.30 and 9.30 am. Be there to let them in promptly. They will have a lot to do and cannot afford to lose time just because you've slipped down the shops. If you can't be there, ask a friend or family member to act on your behalf - and inform the removal company as to what is happening.
● Ensure the removal team know your mobile phone number, so they can content you during the journey to the new place if they necessary. If you are not reachable, give them the number of a friend or relative.
● Make the removal team knows exactly where your new home is before setting off.
● Do a last check of your old home before you leave.
After the move:
● Clean the old house out thoroughly when it is empty.
● Make sure gas, water and electricity utilities are switched off after you leave.
●all Make sure your estate agent or former landlord get their keys or entrance key cards back, along with details of alarm codes.
Work and preparation for the day of the move begins as soon you get the keys to your new home. You will see the place in a different way to when the estate agent showed you around. Your first thoughts now should be to the moving day itself. If the place needs a clean, get to it!
● On the day itself try and visit the new place ahead of the moving team to make last minute checks and ensure they will be able to get on with their task as quickly and safely as possible.
● Try and make a layout plan out with a guide to what is going and where.
● As your furniture and property are taken into your new home, watch out for damage or missing items. If there any problems, ensure they are put on the inventory sheet before you sign it. When you sign the sheet, that will be your acknowledgement of correct delivery of all items listed, and you won't be able to take action if you find something is missing or damaged afterwards.
● Leave you children or pets with a friend or relative, if possible. Alternatively, keep them out of the way of the moving team, but, of course, make sure they are safe. Dogs, in particular, are very sensitive to changing events and will get very stressed if their routine changes suddenly and people they don't know are in and out of house. They will almost certainly not understand what is going on, so don't forget to give them plenty of reassurance and distract them with treats.
